Pricing is published and fixed - the same rates for every firm, held until January 2027. A Setup starts from £3,500 as a fixed fee, Build phases run from £1,600 a month on credit plans, and an ongoing partnership starts from £850 a month. If you'd rather start small, a £500 audit gives you a written assessment and a path forward - credited in full if you go ahead with a Setup. Either way, you'll have a clear fixed number before any work begins.

How long does it take?

From a couple of weeks for a focused improvement to a few weeks for a full build, depending on scope. You'll get a realistic timeline at scoping.

How do you handle our data and confidentiality?

All work is conducted under NDA, and I handle your data in accordance with my data terms, available on request. Your relationships and deal history are the whole business - they're treated that way.
