My name is Will Sawney, and I'm the founder of Sideways CRM - a specialist consultancy focused on building powerful, well-designed sales technology setups.

I believe that brilliant people and businesses deserve to reach their full sales potential. In my experience, a lot of what holds them back is clunky technology and inefficient systems.

For years, I was Head of Marketing for a fast-growing group of companies, responsible for our technologies including HubSpot, Salesforce and a host of other sales and marketing tools. I learnt first-hand the challenges of making technology work for a team, not against it.

My passion is in turning those challenges into opportunities. I help leaders and operations teams cut through the noise, build elegant systems, and implement them in a way that empowers their people.
