Do I need to be on Attio already?
No. I work with firms moving off a legacy CRM or spreadsheets, and with firms already on Attio who want it set up properly. The scoping session works out which.
How much does it cost?
Every engagement is scoped to the firm, so there's no off-the-shelf price. As a guide: a focused, targeted engagement starts around £2.5k; a full build is typically from £5k; and ongoing partnership runs from £1,000-£1,500 a month. You'll have a clear number before any work begins.
How long does it take?
From a couple of weeks for a focused improvement to a few weeks for a full build, depending on scope. You'll get a realistic timeline at scoping.
How do you handle our data and confidentiality?
All work is conducted under NDA, and I handle your data in accordance with my data terms, available on request. Your relationships and deal history are the whole business - they're treated that way.
I'm not technical - is that a problem?
Not at all - that's rather the point. You never deal with a developer or wrestle the platform; I handle the build and hand your team something they can actually use.
Why Attio, and do you only build on Attio?
Attio is what I specialise in, and it's flexible enough to fit most investment and advisory firms beautifully. If it's genuinely the wrong fit for you, I'll say so at scoping rather than sell you something that won't work.
What happens once it's built?
You're not left with a system nobody owns. Most firms move into an ongoing partnership to keep it sharp as they grow - but there's no lock-in; it's yours to take and run.
